Evidently a lot of people are complaining - rightfully so.
I tried Quicken Support but Chat delay was 10 min phone was 25 min. No error messages, no updating, no window opening to show transaction being downloaded. I also waited for a while, but nothing happened.
I have the same issue - I downloaded qfx files from my credit union the savings account updated, but the checking and credit card accounts did not. You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken version. What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using? Also need to know what version and release of Quicken you are using. What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get? What bank(s) are you having issues with?
